Mental Health During Quarantine Final Project by Courtney Ruddy

Books I've been reading and crystals to help energy.

I've also been getting into astrology with my free time.

Watching things grow like my plants has been really helpful with anxiety.

Here we see three cups of coffee I had in one day in order to stay awake after not sleeping for a couple of days.

Here is my relatable blurry messy apartment in College Park.

Here is a self-portrait of Courtney Ruddy, a journalism sophomore, in a dirty mirror.

In the following photo Courtney Ruddy displays what she would like to do, which is a punch a mirror.

This last photo is my suitcase ready for escape.
