The Salisbury University Seagulls won their first game at
nationals in two years on Monday, March 13.
The championship is held from Friday, March
10 to Wednesday March 15 in Aston, Pennsylvania.
Number 13, Spencer Tonko, fought for the puck against
St. John University's number 22. The two teams were tied for the majority of the game until SU scored the fifth and final goal in the last 30 seconds of the game.
Defenseman Justin Lantz drove the puck
away from the Gulls' goal in the third period. He was excited to have
a win at nationals for the first time since the COVID pandemic ended their 2020 season.
