The Peloton spin bike is a great way to work out while still having the privacy of your own gym but still interacting with such a large community. (detail)

Peloton classes instruct you to do various types of moves such as an elevated climb which Evan is doing. (action)

The stationary bikes come with two-two pound weights to use in a variety of classes such as Arms and Intervals or strictly just arm toning classes. (ender)

Depending on the rides, the instructors will have you peddle simultaneous to doing arm movements just like Evan is showing. (overall)
